Process Overview
The Consumer Reporting and Analytics Team is responsible for generating Business Insights, developing business dashboards using upcoming BI and visualization tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc. and keep exploring new technology for consumer & Small Business cards. Team is also engaged in preparation of various analytical reports for Payments, Card and Interchange area.
Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled analytics professional with strong experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization to support strategic initiatives in the credit card and payments domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners to deliver insights through advanced dashboards and data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate analytical outputs, and resolve data-related issues.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and/or MicroStrategy to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Utilize Teradata and SQL scripting for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.
- Apply domain expertise in credit card operations, interchange, and payments processes to ensure relevance and accuracy of analytics.
- Identify multiple data dimensions to enable slicing and dicing of data for senior leadership reporting.
- Implement automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Explore and adopt emerging tools and technologies in data visualization and extraction, including Python and AI/ML techniques.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analytics and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in SQL, Teradata, SAS and visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy).
- Strong understanding of financial services, particularly in credit card and payments domains.
- Knowledge of Shell Scripting.
- Experience with Python and familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
