Role Overview

The Manager Admissions Operations will oversee and streamline the end-to-end admissions cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, faculty, and student engagement teams to deliver an efficient and transparent admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day admissions operations to ensure timely and effective execution of activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (faculty, marketing, IT) and external agencies to align processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage large-scale admission events, campus visits, and onboarding logistics for prospective and admitted students.
  • Collect, track, analyze, and report admissions data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper documentation of student records.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Meritto, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Hands on Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Experience in event management and workflow optimization.

Education & Institute Preference:

  • Bachelors in management, Administration.
  • Preference for candidates from reputed universities or management institutions.

Preferred Industry Background

  • Higher Education, Admissions Consulting, or EdTech sector with student recruitment exposure.
