About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Field Engineer
to provide hands-on technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services at client locations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hardware, software, and network support, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    on-site support
    for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints within defined
    Turnaround Time (TAT)
    .
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Coordinate with the
    NOC/local office
    for updates, escalations, and service communications.
  • Support and maintain
    video conferencing systems
    and ensure smooth operation.
  • Provide assistance with
    finance-related and taxation-related online services
    .
  • Maintain service logs, reports, and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in
    Technical/Engineering discipline
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of relevant experience
    in IT field support.
  • Strong knowledge of
    MS Office
    tools.
  • Proficiency in
    hardware/software troubleshooting
    and
    network configuration
    .
  • Knowledge of
    video conferencing systems
    setup and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with
    finance and taxation online platforms
    (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
