As an HR Executive or HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM), you will be a valuable addition to our dynamic team. Your strong expertise in HR processes, employee relations, and HCM systems will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring seamless HR operations in a collaborative office environment.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Administer and optimize HRM systems to streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on HR trends, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 2 years of hands-on experience in HR roles with a focus on HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies and talent acquisition tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
