Job Title: HR Executive (Experienced)

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and conduct interviews

2. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including payroll, leaves, and insurance

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

5.Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

6. Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees

Requirements: 1. MBA in HR or related field
