Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Work with the design and photography team to execute high-quality creatives.
  • Manage posting schedules, reels, stories, and brand communication.
  • Grow followers, engagement, and community interactions organically.
  • Track performance metrics and improve content strategy.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify reports, or other dashboards.
  • Analyse ad performance
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in social media + performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, audience segmentation, and funnel planning.
  • Ability to analyze numbers and convert data into insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify (preferred).
  • Strong communication and content planning skills.
  • Ability to work with design/creative teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion/jewellery brands.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing.
  • Basic video editing or creative direction.
