Job Description

The role involves leading a team of telecallers for loan product sales and customer follow-ups. The candidate should have prior telecalling and team handling experience with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of telecallers
  • Allocate daily calling targets and ensure achievement
  • Monitor calls, guide team members, and improve productivity
  • Handle customer queries and escalations effectively
  • Train & motivate team for better sales performance
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports
  • Coordinate with sales & credit teams for smooth loan processing

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • 2–4 years of telecalling/loan sales experience
  • 1–2 years of team handling experience
  • Strong communication, convincing & leadership skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets through team management
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
