We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing communities, analyzing performance, and supporting campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) consistent with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in managing paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and optimize content performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
