Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facade Engineer for Metro rail project. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade engineering, focusing on aesthetics, safety, and functionality and will be based at our client location in Riyadh on a short term basis. The candidate will work closely with architects and contractors to deliver quality facade solutions. This is a key role with responsibilities ranging from designing to overseeing the installation processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field with proven experience in facade engineering.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to work creatively to solve problems related to facade design.
- Proficiency in using facade design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Therm to create detailed drawings and specifications.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards to ensure compliance in all facade-related projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, clients, and construction teams.
- Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset to ensure precision in design and structural integrity of facades.
- Ability to evaluate materials and propose the best options for facade projects considering cost, durability, and aesthetics.
