The ideal candidate will have experience in facade engineering, focusing on aesthetics, safety, and functionality and will be based at our client location in Riyadh on a short term basis. The candidate will work closely with architects and contractors to deliver quality facade solutions. This is a key role with responsibilities ranging from designing to overseeing the installation processes.Qualifications and SkillsA bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field with proven experience in facade engineering.Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to work creatively to solve problems related to facade design.Proficiency in using facade design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Therm to create detailed drawings and specifications.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards to ensure compliance in all facade-related projects.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, clients, and construction teams.Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset to ensure precision in design and structural integrity of facades.Ability to evaluate materials and propose the best options for facade projects considering cost, durability, and aesthetics.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects and construction teams to develop facade designs that meet aesthetic and functional goals.Prepare detailed facade design drawings and specifications to guide the construction process.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for facade projects to identify potential issues.Manage the selection of materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and budget requirements.Oversee installation processes to ensure that they align with design specifications and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers to ensure that facade projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Provide technical support and consultancy services to clients on facade systems and construction methods.Keep abreast with new industry trends, technologies, and materials to enhance facade design and construction practices.
