Job Descriptions:
Designation: Senior Solution Sales
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Location: Chennai - WFO
Time Zone: US Shift (CST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for DB and cloud-based IT solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions leveraging cloud and database technologies
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically in DB and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
