Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance Manager in managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track organizational performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and working capital management.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Support management in financial planning and cost control initiatives.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team in routine operations.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
