The Director of Digital Transformation at AVASO Technology is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This individual will guide and oversee the execution of innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive technology adoption, and ensure the alignment of digital initiatives with AVASO's long-term business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead AVASO's digital transformation strategy, architecting innovative technology solutions designed to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and maximize operational efficiency.

Engage proactively with senior executives, departmental leaders, and key stakeholders to systematically identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology-driven projects that align with organizational objectives. Oversee comprehensive digital transformation projects, encompassing cloud infrastructure migrations, advanced data analytics deployments, cybersecurity infrastructure enhancements, workflow automation, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies including artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms. Champion structured change management methodologies to ensure the seamless organizational adoption and integration of digital tools and strategies.

Provide strategic visionary leadership to cultivate a robust organizational culture emphasizing innovation, digital proficiency, and adaptive agility across AVASO.Rigorously track and manage project performance, budget allocations, and timelines, delivering transformation initiatives on schedule with clearly defined metrics for success. Foster strategic alliances and effectively manage vendor relationships to leverage external technological expertise and resources optimally. Continuously evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to proactively recommend and integrate strategic technology advancements.

QualificationsMinimum of 14 years' experience in IT, project management, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in the IT or technology services sector. Strong strategic planning, organizational, and execution capabilities.

Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across various organizational levels. Experience managing large-scale budgets, teams, and vendor relationships. Familiarity with modern technologies including cloud services, automation, AI, analytics, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.

Certifications & EducationBachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Business Transformation, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
