As a seasoned analytics expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across our global operations. You will be responsible for preparing actionable insights and growth reports for leadership and client stakeholders.

You will review analysis from junior analysts and present refined findings to clients. Additionally, you will coordinate internal teams, client teams, and technology partners for seamless project execution.

Your key responsibilities will include creating detailed project plans and tracking progress against agreed timelines and budgets. You will also manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs with structured verification processes.

You will measure project performance using analytics tools and optimization KPIs. Moreover, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

You will delegate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths and experience. Furthermore, you will track and analyze project outcomes to meet both short- and long-term growth goals.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years in analytics, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with enhanced eCommerce setup and GA audits.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Proven success in improving conversion rates for websites and digital platforms.
  • Coding proficiency in R or Python for advanced data analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
