As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Research Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled foreign exchange technical researcher with a strong background in market analysis and trading strategies. You will be required to take on a more active role in managing trades across currencies, commodities, and market forecasting.

• Develop and implement advanced trading strategies focused on maximizing profits while minimizing risk in forex and commodity markets.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis of market trends, and economic indicators, and assess risk factors.
• Lead the development and regular review of trading reports, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior management and clients.
• Take charge of risk management protocols, ensuring effective decision-making under high-pressure situations.
• Regularly monitor the market for emerging opportunities and report any significant shifts or trends.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with financial regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance on forex trading and strategy.
• Stay updated with global financial news, technological advancements, and emerging market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Participate in strategic discussions with management to shape the company's forex trading approach and long-term goals.
• Ensure smooth trading operations during market hours and potentially handle weekend trades when necessary.
• Provide training and support for junior analysts as part of professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in forex and commodity trading with a strong track record in technical analysis.
• Proven experience with risk management strategies and performance optimization in the forex market.
• Strong quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in developing and executing trading strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simplified manner.
• High attention to detail, capable of identifying trends and potential risks.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Chartered Market Technician (CMT) Level 1 Certification is required.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Research Analyst in forex or commodities trading.
• Experience in forex and commodity technical analysis is preferred.
