Job Description

**Job Title:** QA Officer / Executive

**Location:** Silvasa, India

**Department:** Quality Assurance – Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic Manufacturing

**Qualification:** B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm – with relevant QA experience

Key Responsibilities:

· **Batch Record Review & Assurance:**- Review and assurance of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record).- Ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance of all records before final batch release.

· **IPQA Activities:**- Perform in-process quality assurance across all manufacturing and packing lines.- Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and online documentation verification.

· **Documentation & Control:**- Prepare and maintain QA-related SOPs, logbooks, and controlled formats.- Ensure availability and usage of latest approved documents across departments.

· **Internal Audit & Compliance:**- Assist in planning and execution of internal audits.- Prepare audit reports and follow up on CAPA implementation.- Support external audits and regulatory inspections.

· **Control Sample Management:**- Verify and manage control samples for all batches.- Ensure labeling, storage, and documentation of control samples as per SOPs.

· **QA Documentation & Systems:**- Ensure documentation related to QA activities is maintained as per GDP.- Involved in QMS functions like deviation handling, CAPA, change control, and SOP revisions.

Key Skills Required:

· Thorough knowledge of BMR/BPR review processes.

· Hands-on experience in line IPQA activities.

· Good understanding of GMP, GDP, and QMS standards.

· Proficient in preparing and reviewing SOPs and formats.

· Audit handling and documentation management skills.

· Attention to detail with strong compliance orientation.

**Position Type:** Full-Time – Officer/Executive Level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
