**Position: Executive - AHU Expert**

**Location: Silvassa**

**Requisites**:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling AHU systems in pharmaceutical / sterile / cleanroom environments.
- Working knowledge of validation protocols, HVAC audits, and environmental monitoring.
- Willingness to work in Silvassa and handle shift duties as required
- Strong technical knowledge of AHUs, HVAC systems, and cleanroom classifications.
- Familiar with HVAC system design, SOPs, and maintenance practices in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines (WHO, cGMP, USFDA, EU GMP).
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AHU systems (including filters, blowers, motors, dampers, etc.) used in cleanrooms and production areas.
- Ensure AHU operation complies with GMP, HVAC validation requirements, and cleanroom standards.
- Monitor air velocity, pressure differentials, temperature, and humidity to maintain environment specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) schedules for AHUs and related HVAC equipment.
- Coordinate with validation, QA, and production teams for HVAC support during audits and inspections.
- Maintain documentation including AHU logbooks, calibration reports, maintenance checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Ensure timely replacement of HEPA filters, pre-filters, and other critical components.
- Monitor BMS/EMS where applicable and report anomalies immediately.
- Implement energy efficiency and reliability improvements where applicable.
