**Position: Executive - PTS Expert**

**Location: Silvassa**

**Requisites**:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling PTS operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with water systems, HVAC, and cleanroom utility support.
- Should be proactive, self-driven, and willing to work in Silvassa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant utility systems such as purified water systems (PW), water for injection (WFI), steam, HVAC, and compressed air.
- Monitor and maintain performance logs of all utility systems to ensure consistent and validated operation.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment like pumps, boilers, chillers, air compressors, RO plants, etc.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new utility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation - maintenance logs, calibration records, and utility equipment history cards.
- Coordinate with QA and production departments during audits and ensure readiness of utility systems.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in utility operations.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems.
- Familiarity with cGMP, WHO, USFDA, and regulatory guidelines for utility systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and utility schematics.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
