We are looking for a Branch Incharge for our Mumbai Branch.

Candidates should be from CHA background, G card holder, good experience in Import/Export BOE/SB filing, operations, customs clearance procedure in both Air and Sea.

Candidate will be handling the below areas,

  • Oversee daily operations of the CHA, Freight Forwarding in the respective branch and report.
  • Supervise and manage team, ensuring efficient clearance processes and timely shipment delivery.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met by the team.
  • Monitor and analyze financial, sales, and operational reports.
  • Ensure branch compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with other branch managers and upper management to align goals and strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Will supporting the organization with new business.
