Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Incharge located in Mumbai. The Branch Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Incharge will work closely with clients and vendors to create seamless travel experiences.

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Administrative Skills, Budget Management, and Compliance Management
  • Business Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Knowledge of the Travel Industry and related software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
