The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end management of a branch, focusing on business growth, team performance, and profitability. This role requires an individual with exceptional problem-solving and networking skills who can effectively manage a substantial CASA book size and lead a team to achieve strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Business Management: Drive the branch's overall growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. This includes managing a CASA book size of 70Cr+ (or a comparable MNC Bank book size of 80-100Cr AUM+SA or AUM+CA).- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to ensure performance targets are met. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high ethical standards.- Operational Excellence: Oversee all branch operations, ensuring all processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver a superior customer experience.- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.- Performance & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all branch activities are in full compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications- 8-10+ years of total experience in retail banking.- 1.5-2+ years of current experience in a similar role (Branch Manager, Branch Head, Branch Incharge), with no recent promotion.- A postgraduate or Master's degree.- Proven experience in managing a substantial CASA book of 70Cr+ (or a comparable MNC book of 80-100Cr).- Consistent top-tier performance, with appraisal ratings in the top two categories for the last three consecutive years. Candidates rated 3 for three consecutive years will not be considered.- Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, presentable demeanor.- Strong problem-solving, networking, and team management abilities.- Must be self-motivated and results-driven.
