Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Overview

As a Marketing Executive at Burma Burma, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance the brands visibility and engagement. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and operational efficiency, with a focus on mall marketing, corporate partnerships, and 360-degree marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams, mall partners, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that drive footfall, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

Burma Burma is a modern Burmese restaurant and tea room, known for bringing the rich heritage, flavors, and stories of Burma to India. We are expanding our presence and looking for a Marketing Executive who can drive impactful marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence across malls, corporates, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mall Marketing

  • Liaise with mall management teams for branding opportunities, campaigns, activations, and collaborations.

  • Execute mall-specific promotions, standees, and events to increase footfall and visibility.

  • Corporate Tie-Ups

  • Identify and onboard corporate partners for events, promotions, and catering opportunities.

  • Manage corporate outreach programs and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • 360-Degree Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, offline, influencer, and PR.

  • Coordinate with creative and PR agencies for campaign deliverables.
  • Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and ROI for marketing activities.

  • Support outlet launches, brand activations, and special menus/events.

  • Market Research & Trends

  • Stay updated on F&B and lifestyle trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas.

  • Analyze competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality, with hands-on mall marketing and corporate tie-ups.
  • Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing campaigns and brand-building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
