Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, including handling clerical tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. Additionally, the role involves maintaining communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is advantageous
