**Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage executive calendars and schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and distributing notes.
- Prepare and organize financial reports and documentation as required.
- Assure all office equipment and supplies are well-maintained and available.
- Assist in project management tasks by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems for easy access to documents.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
