Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life cycle of recruitment process for both the client and candidate
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring manager and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required
  • Ensure a good turn-up to line-up ratio with a minimum of 40% conversion rate.
  • Preparing candidates for interview with clients
  • Participate in drives and other hiring events
  • Should be able to release offers in a timely manner.
  • Should be able to work within stringent timelines and on monthly targets
  • Responsible for post-offer management
  • Ensure documentation is completed according to the company policy
  • Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting-related questions and concerns
  • Prepare and share reports / updated data (MIS) on a regular / daily basis
  • Able to hire resources on Contract/3rd Party

What you will need to succeed:

The candidate must have BPO hiring experience

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Excellent spoken / written English communication skills
  • Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals, and referrals.
  • Have experience in hiring IT profiles
  • Education: MBA (HR) preferably
  • Articulate / Strong presentation skills
