We're now looking for a
Lead Curriculum Designer
to play a pivotal role in shaping future-ready learning experiences for the next generation of leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of advanced, application-driven course modules
  • Collaborate with CXOs, entrepreneurs, and faculty to co-create cutting-edge curriculum
  • Structure lessons, projects, and assessments aligned with measurable outcomes
  • Benchmark content against global best practices and integrate emerging trends
  • Mentor and guide junior curriculum designers on pedagogy and delivery frameworks
  • Continuously evaluate and refine curriculum effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience
    in curriculum design, instructional design, or industry roles in finance/technology
  • Strong academic and/or professional background in business, finance, or technology
  • Excellent written communication, research, and storytelling abilities
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Passion for educational innovation and pedagogy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership
