The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement engaging and impactful learning experiences for employees, students, or customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of instructional design principles, technology, and educational methodologies to produce high-quality educational content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Learning Materials: Create clear, effective, and engaging learning content including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, multimedia presentations, and assessments.
  • Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and develop a curriculum and instructional materials that meet those needs.
  • Create and Maintain Learning Platforms: Develop and organize course content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other online platforms.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Design and implement assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and programs. Make adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes.
  • Multimedia and Technology Integration: Utilize appropriate technologies, tools, and multimedia (videos, simulations, gamification) to enhance learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders (such as HR, department heads, or clients) to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide Training Support: Offer guidance and support to learners and instructors during course delivery, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest instructional design theories, tools, and technologies to continuously improve learning programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree is must
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Certification: - Candidate with any certifications in instructional design will be preferred.
