About the Role:

We're looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to join our fast-paced team at the forefront of Web 3.0 innovation. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process across our suite of cryptocurrency and NFT products. From user interface and 3D animations to packaging and visual branding, you'll ensure every touchpoint aligns with our mission to make crypto accessible, intuitive, and beautiful.

You'll play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of digital ownership and decentralized finance by building immersive, user-centric experiences that set new benchmarks in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for Web 3.0 platforms, crypto wallets, NFT marketplaces, and dApps.

- Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping to translate user needs into high-quality experiences.

- Conceptualize and direct 3D animations for product features, brand storytelling, and in-app experiences.

- Collaborate with motion designers or vendors to execute animations that enhance user engagement.

- Own and evolve the company's visual branding, including design systems, color palettes, iconography, and typography.

- Ensure consistency of brand expression across all digital and physical assets.

- Lead or collaborate on the industrial design and packaging of hardware devices (e.g., wallets or crypto hardware products).

- Maintain a cohesive design language across both software and physical products.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define product strategy and deliver seamless, high-quality releases.

- Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design across the organization.

- Guide and mentor junior designers or design contractors, fostering a high standard of craft and innovation.

- Promote a collaborative and feedback-driven design culture.

Requirements :

years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including UI/UX, brand, and motion/3D design.

- Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, NFTs, or fintech ecosystems.

- Familiarity with blockchain user flows, wallets, and token/NFT standards is a big plus.

Technical & Creative Skills :

- Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, After Effects, etc.).

- Ability to translate complex systems and technical concepts into accessible and delightful user experiences.

- Strong Communication

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional decision-making.
