The company plays a significant role in India's solar power landscape with a proven track record of implementing over 1,731 megawatts peak (MWp) of solar projects. Leveraging a deep understanding of state regulations and land acquisition processes, Rays Power Infra Limited has successfully acquired over 6,132 acres of land for various projects across India. The company's comprehensive approach includes solar park development, EPC services for the water sector, transmission, distribution, and other infrastructure classes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Lead based in Gurugram. The Design Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing design projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks include managing design teams, developing and presenting design concepts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with other departments to integrate design solutions. The Design Lead will also liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong experience in Ground mounting solar design. Must have handled at least 50mwp project.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in developing and presenting design concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and coordinate with various departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
