Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Excecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Address client queries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Qikberry's offerings.

Market Research:

  • Identify potential markets and customer needs.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on client needs.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in sales, leadership, preferably working experiennce in the CPaaS industry.

· At least 1+years' experience in a leadership role.

· Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (must English & Hindi)

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
