  • Follow-up:They follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Inbound Calling:

  • Customer Service:Telecallers handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests for support.
  • Information Provision:They provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Problem Resolution:They address customer issues and strive to find solutions to their problems.
  • Order Taking:In some cases, they may take and process customer orders over the phone.

General Responsibilities:

  • Communication:Excellent communication skills are essential for both listening to customers and clearly explaining information.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales transactions is crucial.
  • Target Achievement:Many telecalling roles involve meeting daily or weekly call targets and sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge:Telecallers need to be knowledgeable about the products and services they are promoting.
  • Professionalism:Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, even when dealing with challenging situations, is important.
  • Adaptability:Telecallers need to be adaptable and able to adjust their communication style and approach based on the situation.
