Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders (HR, Hiring Managers, Procurement).
  • Understand clients business needs, challenges, and IT talent requirements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and satisfaction surveys to ensure high levels of engagement.

Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to upsell/cross-sell IT staffing solutions.
  • Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and transitioning them into managed accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding service offerings and placements.

Talent Delivery Coordination

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to align delivery efforts with client expectations.
  • Prioritize job requirements, provide feedback on submittals, and manage interview processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.

Account Operations

  • Track account performance, fill ratios, and SLAs; report on KPIs and client satisfaction.
  • Manage contracts, pricing, negotiations, and ensure compliance with client agreements.
  • Address and resolve escalations quickly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or client services within an IT staffing or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
