As a Virtual Receptionist on the night shift, you'll assist U.S.-based clients with reservations, inquiries, and special requests, ensuring exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Fluency in English with a U.S. accent is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, assist with reservations, and provide information to U.S. clients.
  • Use AI tools to manage bookings while offering personalized service.
  • Handle guest requests, address concerns, and ensure smooth interactions.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and support team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with a strong U.S. accent.

Experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work night shifts in an office setting.
  • Tech-savvy and open to using AI-driven tools.
