Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to join our dynamic team at Nilkamal Furniture. This role demands a creative and analytical thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, including digital - through close collaboration with the agency. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating insights into actionable strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and consistently delivering performance-oriented results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Presence & Marketing: Strengthen the brand presence across BTL and digital touchpoints social media, search, influencer collaborations, and content marketing in line with business objectives.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Build and manage a strong content pipeline, ensuring timely and engaging deployment to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure, analyse, and report ROI of marketing initiatives to maximize efficiency and ensure investment in the right channels and resources.
  • Market Intelligence: Track market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for brand strategies and creative innovation
  • Strategic Support: Support the Sr. Manager in brand strategy development, ad campaign shoots, and annual marketing planning
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the in-house Sr. Designer to deliver impactful trade marketing programs and brand creatives
  • On-ground Activation: Plan and execute brand activations, trade shows, and exhibitions in coordination with the sales team to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all marketing programs
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, contributing insights during planning sessions and internal reviews

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building and executing brand campaigns while working with advertising/digital agencies or brand marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, with a good exposure to digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience in social media, content marketing
  • Strong operational/coordination skills to manage vendors, agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends
  • Excellent communication, project management, multi-tasking abilities and stakeholder management skills
