Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for locks, architectural hardware, and related products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, OEM clients, and project contractors.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products in different regions.
  • Handle international inquiries, quotations, and negotiations independently.
  • Maintain regular communication with distributors, agents, and customers via email, calls, and online meetings.
  • Ensure smooth handling of customer complaints, product feedback, and warranty claims.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in international B2B sales (preferably in locks, hardware, or building materials).
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and shipping processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of product specifications and technical discussions related to hardware products.
