Position Overview
We are hiring an HR & Operations Executive to support HR operations, internal coordination, documentation, and accounting administration. The role focuses on maintaining structured records, coordinating internal communication, supporting operational tasks, and assisting with payroll and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintain HR records, employee data, contracts, policies, and structured documentation.
- Support onboarding, performance tracking, compliance, and HR documentation.
- Assist with accounting coordination including invoices, vendor follow-ups, payroll data, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
- Support activities related to GST documentation, tax filing coordination, and payroll preparation (data, summaries, and records).
- Prepare proposals, reports, agreements, memos, and administrative documents.
- Support workflow documentation, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in employee, operational, and financial record keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (IT, Commerce, HR, Business, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, learn fast, and coordinate across teams.
