TThe HR Operations Analyst ensures integrity of HR data and supports selected HR Ops and Payroll processes. Supporting our various departments and corporate offices in the US & Canada, the individual in this position follows pre-established processes works closely with partners in HR Shared Services.

 Job Duties

  • Execute mass data actions in company's core HR system related to large-scale initiatives or data corrections
  • Analyze and manipulate very large and complex sets of data, ensuring an accurate and timely outcome
  • Run audit reports meant to identify data issues and perform subsequent corrections.
  • Maintain data structures/objects in the HR system (i.e. departments, locations, position, etc.)
  • Perform selected administrative activities related to payroll
  • Data cleaning and Maintenance
  • Handle support tickets related to basic core HR data and payroll questions/issues

 Required Qualifications

  • Exposure with SuccessFactors will be added advantage
  • High-level of proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze large and complex sets of data
  • Great written and verbal communication skills. Ease in collaborating with partners across multiple company functions. Ability to articulate complex concepts a simple way
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion with sensitive, confidential information
