We Are Hiring – Senior Manager, Corporate HR Operations

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Preferred: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Corporate HR Operations to lead HR operational strategy, enhance employee experience, and drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline HR processes, automate workflows, and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Implement and manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and advanced reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies; review and update HR documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee queries, grievances, and retention.
  • Oversee HR vendor relationships and lead HR transformation and automation projects.
  • Manage appraisal cycles, goal setting, and performance dashboard reporting.
  • Handle payroll management, increments, attendance, and compensation & benefits administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • 12+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and HR automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience in HR digital transformation and change management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
