Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.

Oversee all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve targets.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including data privacy laws and advertising standards.

Develop strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of digital marketing activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and achievements.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze performance metrics.

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of relevant technologies and software applications, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.

Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
