Job Description Head of Digital Marketing Location: Hyderabad Company: Innomax IT Solutions Pvt Ltd Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy, brand presence, and global demand-generation engine across Healthcare IT, BFSI, TravelTech, Telecom, and emerging technology verticals. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute the full digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, paid ads, content, email, social). - Drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue-aligned growth. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital team. - Strengthen global brand positioning and digital visibility. - Manage performance marketing, analytics dashboards, budgets, and optimisation. - Oversee content, campaigns, and brand storytelling across all platforms. - Run international outreach, ABM campaigns, and support sales objectives. Requirements - 8+ years in digital marketing; 3+ years in a leadership role. - Strong experience in IT/Tech services and B2B digital growth. - Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). - Proven track record in scaling digital funnels and improving ROI. - Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills. - MBA preferred.
