Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for IT solutions, focusing on enterprise software solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through hunting, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage existing relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solution sales or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand complex technical requirements from customers.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with fast-paced deadlines.
