About the Job:
We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is energized by AI-powered performance marketing and excited to drive campaign excellence and automation at scale. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Note:
This role requires working in CST shift hours, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, at our Chennai office (Work from Office).

Your Impact: 

As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll work with the Paid Media Services team and cross-functional stakeholders, including AI R&D and Product to:

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other platforms using AI-enhanced workflows.
• Develop and iterate on prompt templates and automation tools to improve ad performance and execution efficiency.
• Create and communicate data-driven insights and campaign results using AI-powered analytics and reporting tools.

What you bring to the table:

• You bring 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You have a strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and ad-serving technologies like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. You're confident interpreting KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  
• You are proficient with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, ), using them to streamline workflows, generate ad creatives, and analyze performance. You are familiar with prompt iteration and understand the importance of ethical and human oversight in AI applications.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Adzooma, Opteo, Madgicx).
• Working knowledge of HTML, UTM parameters, and dynamic URL tracking.
• Exposure to agile environments and strong cross-functional communication skills.
