The ideal candidate should have managed amonthly media budget of 50L or more, with proven experience in scaling campaigns, leading performance strategies, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategy and performance marketing execution for eCommerce brands. - Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google and Meta. - Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. - Mentor and guide junior analysts in campaign setup and optimization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign excellence and client satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Google & Meta campaigns for eCommerce brands. - Proven experience handling a minimum monthly spend of 50L+. - Strong understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
