Hiring: Senior Travel Consultant (Work from Home | Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team.

This is a remote position ideal for someone passionate about travel, with strong expertise in ticketing and holiday packages.

Shift Details:

  • Shift Start: 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM (IST time)
  • Duration: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
  • Work Type: Full-time | Work from Home

Responsibilities:

  • Handle international and domestic flight bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
  • Create and customize holiday packages for clients.
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage itinerary planning, fare calculations, reissues, and cancellations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
  • Expert knowledge of air ticketing, GDS, and holiday packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Language: Fluent English communication required.
