Key Responsibilities
Culture & Engagement
Design and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and recognition.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer orientation.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Attract, hire, and onboard talent aligned with Panache's vision and sales-driven culture.
Develop employer branding strategies to position Panache as an employer of choice in healthcare.
Performance & Development
Implement performance management systems that reward results and concept-selling excellence.
- Create training modules to build skills in sales, customer communication, and product knowledge.
Mentor managers in leadership and people management practices.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR policies comply with statutory requirements while reflecting company values.
Regularly update policies to support flexible and modern work practices.
Strategic HR Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, retention, and succession.
- Build reward and recognition systems that motivate teams to exceed expectations.
