Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, administration, compliance, travel management, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills, with hands-on exposure to HR tools and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee administration and travel management for employees and visitors.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and labour law compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support performance management, training, and development processes.
  • Maintain and analyse HR data using Power BI and Excel for decision-making and reporting.
  • Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
  • Coordinate with management and employees to resolve HR queries and grievances.
  • Participate in HR policy development and process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • High sense of ownership and integrity.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in HR analytics or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
