Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Infrastructure Lead to join our dynamic team. The Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and efficiency. This role involves leading a team of professionals, collaborating with other departments, and implementing and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions.

Infrastructure Strategy:

Develop and implement an IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives. Plan for scalability to accommodate the expanding needs of the organization

Network and Server Management:

Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure.

Oversee the setup and maintenance of servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Cloud Computing:

Evaluate, implement, and manage cloud services to optimize infrastructure efficiency. Ensure the security and compliance of data stored in the cloud.

Data Management:

Implement and manage data storage solutions and database systems. Develop and enforce data backup and recovery plans.

Security and Compliance: (ISO 27001 Controls Implementation)

Implement and monitor security measures to protect against cybersecurity threats. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws.

Collaboration Tools:

Deploy and manage collaboration tools and Infra automation tools Ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the organization.

Vendor Management:

Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs are met.

T Support:

Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting IT issues. Establish and maintain an efficient IT helpdesk for user support.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Develop and manage the IT budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance.

Disaster Recovery Planning:

Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Ensure the organization can recover quickly from system failures or disasters.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar IT infrastructure leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of networking, servers, cloud computing, and security best practices. Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic start up environment and drive continuous improvement
