Digital Transformation Manager

We are initiating the search for a Digital Transformation & ERP Lead at Om Infra Ltd., a critical role that will anchor our digital agenda across the Group's EPC, energy, and infrastructure businesses.

This is a high-importance leadership position—tasked with building Om Infra's digital backbone from the ground up. The selected candidate will spearhead the implementation of enterprise-wide ERP systems and lead the company's digital transformation roadmap, driving adoption of automation, analytics, and smart technologies across all business functions.

We are seeking a hands-on digital transformation professional with strong exposure to EPC or industrial infrastructure sectors, capable of bridging process engineering, IT systems, and business operations. The ideal profile should bring a blend of ERP implementation expertise and a forward-thinking mindset toward digital integration, IoT, and cloud-driven efficiency.

This role will be central to driving that vision—enabling seamless digital adoption across functions, and ensuring that technology becomes a competitive advantage for the Group's evolving infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing businesses.

Role Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy and process-oriented professional to support and drive ERP implementation alongside digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges core operations, IT systems, and innovation within our energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing verticals.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation

• Assist in rollout and customization of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) across departments.

• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to map processes and define requirements.

• Support data migration, testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Monitor system adoption and optimize modules such as Finance, SCM, Projects, and HR.

Digital Transformation

• Deploy automation tools, dashboards, and IoT-based solutions to improve efficiency.

• Lead digitization projects across supply chain, maintenance, and field operations.

• Coordinate rollout of cloud, mobile, and analytics platforms with internal and vendor teams.

• Identify digital pain points in project execution or manufacturing workflows and propose smart, scalable solutions.

Key Skills

Ideal Background

• 4–8 years' experience in ERP implementation, digital projects, or business analysis roles.

• Exposure to infrastructure, EPC, or manufacturing environments preferred.

• Strong process understanding with the ability to work between technical and business teams.
