Role Description

We're looking for a
curious, tech-passionate mind
from the
construction domain
who wants to explore the world of
Digital Construction, AI, and Automation
— and help shape how the next generation of construction projects will be delivered.

Requirements

  • Background in
    Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
    (students or fresh graduates from good universities preferred).
  • You're
    eager to learn
    and
    comfortable experimenting
    with new technologies.
  • You love exploring tools, workflows, and AI use cases that make construction smarter.
  • You have a
    problem-solving mindset
    and can connect the dots between site operations and digital tools.
  • Bonus if you have:
  • Hands-on
    construction site experience
    (even through internships).
  • Experience with
    automation platforms
    like
    n8n
    , Make, or Power Automate.

What you will do

  • Study and analyze
    construction technology solutions
    and
    AI use cases
    shaping the industry.
  • Work directly with clients to understand
    construction companies' pain points
    and identify
    opportunities to deploy technology
    .
  • Support digital transformation projects — from research to pilot implementation.
  • Help design, document, and automate workflows for real-world construction problems.
  • Occasionally
    travel to project sites
    to understand on-ground challenges and collect insights.

Position Details:

  • Duration:
    3 months
  • Commitment:
    Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Stipend:
    ₹10,000/month
  • Location:
    Preferably
    Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore
  • Experience:
    0–2 year (fresh graduates welcome)
