Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive – Retail Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Location: Ajmer Road, DCM, Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives across our branded retail stores locally and at national level. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand communication, band ownership, with a passion for driving customer engagement and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, store traffic, and online conversions. Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across retail and online platforms. Develop engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and e-commerce listings. Work closely with internal teams (sales, e-commerce, design) and external partners (agencies, influencers, vendors). Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.). Support CRM activities and loyalty programs to increase customer retention and repeat purchases. Research competitors, market trends, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors. Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing). Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and omnichannel marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing or CRM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
